Experts can select a specific community or multiple communities to support once logged into I-CAN. Each expert instructs the system on how many requests they wish to support each month, and I-CAN will monitor automatically. I-CAN will match participants with the experts based on interests ,experience and knowledge.

This is the fundamental question that drives every major decision in a program or an organization. I-CAN offers a unique solution: Empowering Individuals through Technology.

The "Programs" community can be comprised of non-profit organizations, associations, organizations for youth, crime prevention, social services and others desiring to educate and serve a community of participants. These participants may be individuals or program members being served across the city, state, and country.

I-CAN creates an e-community platform where knowledge and content can be shared, allowing for virtual collaboration to network and scale services and resources without geographic boundaries.
